The Office of Information Technology is collecting information from University students, faculty and staff who experience poor cellular service while on Boise State’s campus.
Please use our form to report your cellular connectivity issues, and include as much information as possible (e.g., indoors or outdoors, building or other location, sudden drop in connectivity or consistent problems over time, etc.):
The University will forward information to cell carriers to help them make decisions about improving cellular coverage and service.
