Save the Date and Spread the Word!
Boise State’s annual Research Computing Days takes place Tuesday and Wednesday, February 11-12 in the Student Union Building.
Students will share how compute and data analysis tools work in their research.
Learn Tools to Plot, Graph, and Analyze Your Data
Learn how to use Unix Shell for automating tasks, version control with Git, and Python, MATLAB, or R for manipulating data.
Get hands-on experience writing a simple physics solver in Julia, MATLAB, or Python for a real head-to-head performance comparison.
Save Your Desktop!
Learn how to use high performance Computing using Boise State and Idaho National Laboratory compute clusters.
Tools for Reproducible Science
Learn how to use containers and GitHub.
Mmmm, lunch. Yum. And it’s free! Both days!
