The Office of Information Technology is upgrading the university’s conference phone service to Cisco Conference Now. Conference Now will replace our current conference phone service, Meet Me (Fonality).
Meet Me will be disconnected on October 12, 2022. We recommend users switch to Conference Now as soon as possible.
The Conference Now phone bridge service connects to your specific work extension and provides a number and code to dial to create a conference call for several participants. All participants can listen and talk as peers. It can be accessed internally from a Boise State Desk phone or softphone or externally from personal phones or non-Boise State landlines.
OIT Network Infrastructure Services will reach out to current Meet Me users individually to transition them to the new service.
