Boise State requires Zoom Phone users to provide an up-to-date location so that 911 dispatchers have accurate information in case of an emergency.
It is the responsibility of the individual using a Zoom Phone to provide their correct location. This responsibility is not transferable.
Verify your default location
If you are on campus and connected to a wireless network, you will automatically be assigned to a default location. You can verify your location by navigating to your Zoom App Menu > Settings > Phone.
Next to Emergency address, under Detected, is your default location.

If you are off-campus or on campus but have an undetectable address, you will see a red icon notification on the top right of your Zoom App, under the Phone Tab, prompting you to confirm your current location.

If the address is correct, click Confirm. If the address is incorrect, select Wrong, update it.
