Boise State Reporting<\/a> allows quick access to university’s most widely used reports and dashboards. Links to the MyInsights reporting tool, the Data Cookbook, and other reporting resources are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional reporting options are available via reporting catalogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two catalogs, OTBI and OAC, are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The OTBI catalog contains HCM, finance, and sponsored program data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OTBI reports and dashboards are developed directly from source tables and the data in real time. Modifications to these reports and dashboards require a developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(OAC) Oracle Analytics Cloud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The OAC catalog contains student data and some finance, HCM, and sponsored program data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OAC reports and dashboards use data extracted from the source system, transformed, and loaded into data warehouse tables before being used in reporting tools. The data in OAC is not real-time, and versioned data is available for student data. Some modifications in OAC may require a developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
