If you’ve already completed college-level coursework or earned a technical degree or certificate, Boise State University’s online Bachelor of Applied Science can help you finish your bachelor’s degree faster — and more affordably.

This flexible online program allows you to transfer up to 80 previously earned credits toward your degree. That includes credits from:

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees
  • Intermediate Technical Certificates (ITCs)
  • Advanced Technical Certificates (ATCs)
  • General college coursework

If you don’t have any previous college experience, you can also apply college-level learning you have done outside of a traditional program through Boise State’s Credit for Prior Learning.

The IPS 301 Prior Learning Portfolio Development course helps you document and submit this learning for credit consideration.

Boise State is one of a limited number of institutions in the region offering the option to apply technical credits to complete a bachelor’s degree as a transfer student. The interdisciplinary degree completion program gives you the opportunity to earn a degree that compliments your career goals.

Customize your learning

The Bachelor of Applied Science is an interdisciplinary, degree-completion program designed to align with your career goals. You’ll choose from one of seven emphasis areas:

  • Project Management: Enhance your timeline management, project plans, working with stakeholders and executing strategic organizational goals skills while you prepare for the Certified Associate in Project Management exam or Project Management Professional certification.
