General Maintenance

General maintenance includes our carpenters, painters and craftsmen.

Carpenters

Our carpenters design and build office furnishings, perform remodels and concrete work in addition to building maintenance.

Painters

The painters perform preventative maintenance to the painted surfaces of buildings campus-wide and finish furniture built by the carpenters.

General Maintenance Craftsmen

Our general maintenance craftsmen inspect roofs, fix furniture, repair ceilings, repair floors, complete the installation of wall-mounted displays and act as a backup to the other trades.
