You have dynamic talents waiting to be unlocked and developed. This workshop will utilize the Gallup Clifton Strengths assessment to help you identify your unique talents and unlock your potential. You will receive a personalized report with your strengths profile and will learn how to develop your talents into strengths. The ultimate goal of the workshop will be to help you use your strengths to perform at a higher level and lead a more fulfilling life.

Presenter

Mary Olson, Ph.D., has over 25 years of experience in higher education. She is passionate about developing and empowering people to reach their full personal and professional potential. Mary has taught at all higher education levels and facilitated numerous professional development workshops. While she has taught across academic disciplines, most of her teaching has been within the field of business and focused primarily on organizational communication and leadership

Mary spent seventeen years teaching in the College of Business and the Department of Professional Studies at George Fox University. She taught for five years in the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University, where she was recognized with three awards for exemplary teaching. Mary’s Ph.D. work focused in the area of adult education, specifically on the effective facilitation of learning. She utilizes a learner-centered, team-based approach to teaching and enjoys serving as a mentor outside of the classroom.

Mary is a Gallup-certified Global Strengths Coach, leveraging her extensive teaching experience to facilitate strengths-based personal and team development.
