Update from search committee, priority application window closes July 18

The search committee has met with all the subcommittee chairs and reviewed the reports each subcommittee developed using your feedback at listening sessions or through surveys on the process for selecting the next Boise State University President. First and foremost, thank you for participating in these sessions and giving your feedback. It has been an essential part of informing the search committee as to the incredible trajectory and unique needs of Boise State University. We have heard from students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, donors, and stakeholders from across Idaho, totaling hundreds of pages of comments and reviews. This has shown us your vision of Boise State University and the type of leader that is needed to take the institution to the next level.

As we work through this process, we will be communicating routinely with campus and the subcommittees. At this point in the search, we are working with Russell Reynolds to recruit, sort, and vet the applications we are receiving. Once the priority window of July 18 closes, we will be communicating out next steps and what we are seeing as a search committee. The search committee is excited for the future of Boise State University and the quality of candidates that are already expressing interest.

Thank you to all of you who have participated in and care about this process. As always, Go Broncos.
