Fall 2021 TA Positions Still Available with Dr. Pritchard!
What does a TA do?
Teaching Assistants have a variety of responsibilities, but are treated more like interns. For that reason, Dr. Pritchard is looking for students who are seriously considering applying to graduate school.
TAs will assist with grading assignments and creating and selecting course materials. As a TA, you are also expected to attend all classes. For more information about TA responsibilities, visit Dr. Pritchard’s website.
To qualify for a Teaching Assistant position, you must:
- Have a 3.0 or better GPA
- Have taken the class for which you are applying to be a TA and earned an A or B
- Be willing to put in a lot of work both before the semester begins and the semester the course is offered
- Be able to register for PSYC 402 (3-credit Teaching Assistant course)
