Behavioral Health Technicians Wanted!

BRC Mental Health Services is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians! 

BRC Mental Health Services is Idaho’s only residential treatment program, and provides housing and care for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Under the supervision of clinical staff, Mental Health Technicians provide direct patient care and help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents. Mental Health Technicians will offer residents assistance with daily tasks, help observe and manage behavior, provide crisis intervention, and will provide nursing and clinical staff with verbal and written input.

No experience is needed! All of the training and certifications needed will be provided and paid for by BRC Mental Health Services. Hours are flexible, with evening, night, and weekend shifts available. Additionally, BRC Mental Health Services is able work around school schedules and other commitments.

Pay starts at $10 to $15 an hour with quarterly reviews and a possible raise each time. Benefits are also offered, including telehealth services, health and dental insurance, retirement, PTO, wellness reimbursements, holiday pay, cell phone reimbursements, and more!
