Dr. April Masarik and Psychological Science alumna Hailey Fritz recently published “Stress and Resilience Among Resettling Refugee Youth: An Illustrative Review and New Applications for the Family Stress Model” in the Journal of Family Theory and Review. With this meaningful article, the authors aim to close the gap between the existing body of research surrounding stress and trauma commonly experienced throughout the resettlement process and factors that promote resilience.
