We are so excited to announce that parking permit renewals will open on Wednesday, July 1, at 10 a.m. MDT! The renewal period will run from July 1 to July 30, ahead of general permit sales that will begin on Monday, August 3, at 10 a.m. MDT.
As a general reminder, Resident Parking Permits are non-renewable, but don’t worry! This year, Residents have their very own permit purchase date. Resident Parking Permits will open for purchase on Monday, August 10, at 10 a.m. MDT.

Parking Permit Renewal and Sales Timeline
Parking Permit Renewals: Wednesday, July 1, 10 a.m. to July 30, 11:59 p.m.
Open Sales for Garage, Reserve, and Commuter Parking Permits: starts Aug. 3 at 10 a.m.
Open Sales for Resident Parking Permits: starts Aug. 10 at 10 a.m.
Please note: Renewal eligibility applies only to existing commuter, reserve, or non-resident garage permit holders. If you’d like to switch permit types, you’ll need to wait for the open sales period beginning Aug. 3.
You can renew your permit online through the parking portal or by stopping by the Parking Office located in the Student Union Building.Â
