FAQs
Is the shuttle really free?
Yes. The one-way trip from campus to the Boise Airport is free for all listed eligible riders with an active registration.
Can I bring luggage?
Yes. Standard airline luggage is permitted. If you have oversized items, please give us a heads up via email or call so we can plan vehicle capacity.
Where do I park my car or store my bike?
Parking will be offered on the top floor of Brady Garage (stalls 4000 and above). Bike storage is available in any one of our campus Bike Barns, with locations in Brady Garage, Lincoln Garage, and at our downtown Computer Science campus (Clearwater Building). Retrieval deadlines apply.
Specific instructions and details of what to expect will be provided for parking and bike storage upon registration.
What do I do if I miss my shuttle?
Shuttles run every hour. If you miss your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you on the next shuttle; however, space is not guaranteed. Please plan ahead and arrive early, as you may need to arrange alternative transportation to ensure you reach the airport on time.
If you take alternative transportation due to a missed shuttle, please notify our Parking Office if your bike or vehicle remains on campus, as you will not be checked-in with the shuttle driver. Vehicles and bikes left on campus without validated participation in the program or notice to our parking office of a missed shuttle are subject to citations, fees, and/or towing.
Are return trips provided?
Return trips are not provided with Holiday Shuttle service, but alternative transportation options are available.
