Use this form to request that the Boise State University Raptor Research Center (RRC) department reimburse you for a non-travel business or academic expense. If you are not a faculty advisor, supervisor, or PI, a copy of your form submission will be forwarded to your advisor or supervisor to approve.

Prerequisites

Depending upon your classification (employment status) with Boise State University, you may need to complete one or two tasks before continuing with this expense reimbursement submission to RRC administration. If you are not seeing reimbursement from the RRC, please consult your department’s procedures and do not submit this form.
