Trips Program

Trips Program

  • We are offering day trips for hiking, outside rock climbing, whitewater kayaking and stand up paddleboarding.
  • Transportation will be up to the students who sign up for the trip. All participants will need to plan accordingly to arrive at the designated locations.
  • Participants will also be responsible for bringing water and food on all outdoor program trips.
  • All trips will have a hand sanitizer or hand wash station to ensure the best¬†hygiene.
  • For all trips, staff and participants will wear a face covering when the 6ft distancing cannot be implemented.

Climbing Gym

  • ¬†There will be a max number of occupancy set at 10 participants for the whole climbing area (Bouldering & Top rope sections).
  • Bouldering will be closed to public outside of the new hours of operations for the Climbing Gym.
  • In the Fall Semester, the climbing wall will be split up into odd and even sections. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will only offer odd sections of the climbing wall. Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday will be for even sections of climbing.
  • Classes and clinics will still be offered in the climbing gym. The number of participants will be reduced to a max of 4 participants for belay and lead classes.
  • Staff and participants will be asked to wear proper face covering while climbing, belaying, and in the climbing area.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for participants and highly recommended to use after each climb.

Rental Center

  • We will accept payment and create reservations over the phone with customers.
  • Accepting Credit Cards only. No Cash.
  • Designated pick up or drop off time will be coordinated between staff and customer for an appointment on days the Rental Center is open.
  • In preparation for equipment pick up, staff will prepare items and set in a pile with a contract outlining everything that is included based on their reservation, located outside of the ORC.
  • Customers are responsible for loading items into their cars.
  • Rental items are currently limited to rafts, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards

Team Building

  • Team building programs will take place in a virtual environment.
