Degree Tracker is a comprehensive tool designed to empower students in planning their academic journey from matriculation to graduation. It enables students to craft personalized academic plans that align with their individual needs and timelines across most undergraduate majors and minors. The system integrates data directly from the Academic Advisement Report, ensuring that all transfer credits and academic adjustments are accurately reflected.
Please Note: The Academic Advisement Report (AAR) will be used for graduation evaluation to ensure all degree and course requirements are met.
How to Guides
Degree Tracker FAQs
How do I access my Degree Tracker?
Degree Tracker is available in the Advising and Academic Progress tile of your Student Center. View our how-to guide for step-by-step instructions.
Why is my Degree Tracker not generating?
If you are receiving the following error, you may either be in a retired/expired catalog year or the plan may not be built in Degree Tracker yet.

Why are courses I have already taken showing up in my plan? Or why are there required courses missing from my plan?
This can be the result of an incorrect reference to a degree plan’s Academic Advisement Report (AAR). If you are missing any courses, or seeing extra courses, please reach out to our office.
Will Degree Tracker take into account any transfer credits, test credit, or academic adjustments?
Yes! Since Degree Tracker is connected with the AAR, it will mark any requirements as satisfied if using an academic adjustment or transfer credit to satisfy a course requirement.
Will Degree Tracker automatically change the course requirements if I change my major?
The system will trigger a refresh on your plan if any changes are made to your academic plans, course history, or AAR. If your plan does not refresh within 24 hours, please contact our office.
