The Office of Sponsored Programs has a new webpage! We now have a starting place for information on effort reporting. Please go to https://www.boisestate.edu/research-osp/effort-reporting/ to check out the new tools we are putting in place to help automate the effort reporting process. The new tools will help eliminate the need to print effort reports and will allow for better approval workflow and tracking. We will be using Google Data Studio as an “effort report viewer” and utilizing Smartsheet for approvals and workflow tracking. You will find links to these on the new webpage.
We appreciate your patience as we work toward a more remote-friendly approach to this federal reporting requirement. Many of you will begin receiving emails in the next few weeks notifying you of the availability of new effort reports.
