With winter break quickly approaching, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) Pre-Award Services team wants to share a few proposal deadline reminders. OSP Pre-Award Services will not be available December 23 through January 2 to help Principal Investigators (PIs) submit proposals. If you have a proposal due during this time, it will need to be submitted on or before December 22. In accordance with Boise State University Policy 5030, PIs must submit all documentation to the Pre-Award Services Research Administrator (RA) five (5) days before the sponsor’s due date. For proposals due December 22 through January 2, PIs must submit documentation to the Pre-Award RA by no later than close of business on December 15.
