Virtual Mentorship Workshop for Late-Stage Trainees and Early-Career Researchers
Through a collaboration between University of Idaho, Boise State University and Idaho State University, we are pleased to invite you to a virtual session on mentorship. Graduate students, postdocs, lab managers, staff scientists, early-career faculty, and others are often simultaneously mentors and mentees. This mentorship workshop is designed to help these late-stage trainees and/or early-career researchers navigate unique challenges stemming from their often overlooked ‘in-between’ stage.
Organized by Idaho State University, the presenters will be:
- Dr. Blessing Enekwe, Ph.D. is the inaugural Program Director for the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs at the University of Maryland-College Park.
- Dr. Jennifer Aumiller, PhD, M.Ed. is the Director of the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Training and Advancement at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
