The submission window for FaCT Core CEBS COBRE voucher requests is open. The purpose of this voucher program is to subsidize the use of the Fabrication, Characterization, and Testing (FaCT) Core Facility to enable research that is responsive to the CEBS COBRE theme of biomedical devices, sensors, and systems and to obtain the preliminary data necessary to support a future NIH proposal submission.
Voucher Request Requirements
- May request funds for up to $5k.
- May only use funds for iLab charges in the FaCT Core.
- Must use all funds by November 30th.
- Must ensure usage is in alignment with the CEBS COBRE theme (no exceptions) – i.e., supporting development of a biomedical device, sensor, or system.
- Applications must have a concrete plan to submit an NIH proposal (e.g., R-15 or R-01) based on the results.
