Dr. Sam Brody, Director of the Institute for Disaster Resilient Texas, visited the Resilience Institute at Boise State in late September. In addition to giving an invited talk on Monday, September 29 at 3 PM, Dr. Brody advised the Institute on building strong, sustainable programs and opportunities for state partnerships.
His visit provided a unique opportunity to learn from his experience in launching and sustaining a major resilience institute with successful state collaborations and significant external funding.
