The Resilience Institute at Boise State hosted a virtual Education-to-Employment Roundtable on October 29, engaging 16 stakeholders from the education and employment sectors across the West Central Mountains region.

The session, facilitated by Monica Revoczi, included a SWOTT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and Trends) analysis focused on workforce and education pathways. Participants identified key opportunities to strengthen the education-to-employment pipeline and emphasized the need to better leverage underutilized regional resources.

Dr. Brittany Brand, Director of the Resilience Institute, opened the session with an overview of the West Central Mountains Resilience Assessment Project. The workshop concluded with a shared commitment to continue collaboration with cross sector partners to develop actionable strategies that enhance workforce resilience in the region.
