Scope and Audience
The School of Respiratory Care Sciences (SRCS) aims to provide financial assistance in support of activities supporting the growth and development of both individual staff and department. The Research Fund provides financial support to faculty members for use in research based activities. This policy applies to all SRCS staff and faculty.
Eligibility
- Full-time faculty and staff that are engaging in research activity related to respiratory therapy, education, or related topics.
- Approval of the Divisional Dean is required.
- Eligible expenses include paying for a statistician to process data, travel to Boise to work with IRB, students or other university faculty, supplies/materials for research needs, publication costs, or payments for gathering data
Workflow
- Submit a request for funds through our Funds Form.
- Receive Divisional Dean approval before engagement in activity.
- Submit paid receipts as required.
Administrative Modification
The Divisional Dean reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time, or temporarily freeze the participation of new applications based on budgetary considerations.
