The State of Idaho has entered into car rental agreements with Enterprise/National and Hertz. Per the State Controller’s Travel Policy, all Agency Employees must obtain rental vehicles through the statewide contract (DOP Contract Number: PADD20257240NASPO / Master Agreement Number: PO-10700-00043390) with Hertz and Enterprise/National Car Rental Services.
In addition to State Vehicle Contract rentals, Boise State employees may rent state-owned vehicles through Fleet Services for in-state and local travel.
Driver limitations and eligibility vary and is dependent on the contract/agreement through which a vehicle is rented. Violation of eligibility requirements and limitations may void contractual rates and insurance coverages.
