IDAHO TRANSFER STUDENT
An Idaho transfer student is defined as an individual who has earned 14 or more semester credits after high school by the scholarship deadline and holds Idaho residency. Students who take concurrent college credit during high school are considered new students.

STEP 2: Meet the Deadline
Scholarship recipients will be notified through BroncoMail and the award can be viewed in the Student Center.
Fall admits that meet the February 15th deadline and meet all criteria will be notified by the first week of March.
Spring admits that meet the October 1st deadline and meet all criteria will be notified by the end of November.

- Only incoming transfer students are considered for the Presidential Transfer or Dean’s Transfer Scholarships. Consideration is based on their admissions materials received by the scholarship deadline. All criteria must be met by the deadline.

STEP 5: Apply for State Scholarships
Recognizing the value of postsecondary education, the State of Idaho offers a variety of scholarship options for eligible Idaho students who attend an Idaho institution, such as the Idaho Opportunity Scholarship and the Idaho Opportunity for Adult Learners Scholarship.
