An Idaho transfer student is defined as an individual who has earned 14 or more semester credits after high school by the scholarship deadline and holds Idaho residency. Students who take concurrent college credit during high school are considered new students.

STEP 3: Meet the Deadline

Boise State University offers merit-based and need-based scholarships for our new incoming degree-seeking Idaho resident students. To be considered all admission materials must be received by the date listed below. Admission materials include the completed admissions application, transcript(s) and test scores.

Recognizing the value of postsecondary education, the State of Idaho offers a variety of scholarship options for eligible Idaho students who attend an Idaho institution, such as the Idaho Opportunity Scholarship and the Idaho Opportunity for Adult Learners Scholarship.
