The Idaho Review announces inaugural Mitch Wieland Editor’s Prize

The Idaho Review, the award-winning literary journal published by the Boise State Creative Writing MFA Program, announced the inaugural Mitch Wieland Editor’s Prize. Named for Professor Mitch Wieland, the founding editor of The Idaho Review, the prize will begin with the upcoming issue of the journal.

The award, open to all writers, will honor the best work published in Issue 23 of The Idaho Review. The winner will receive $500 and a fully funded residency at the Sawtooth Writing Retreat in Sun Valley, Idaho.

There is no entry fee. Simply submit to The Idaho Review to be considered.

The Idaho Review submission window closes November 15.
