Dr. Andrea Smith, a specialist in KinCare issues and advocacy, will be the keynote speaker. The event is a great opportunity to learn more about the needs facing the KinCare community, and also network with other area caregivers.<\/p>\n<p>The event will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on the Boise State campus, in the Special Events Center.
