Women and Leadership will take place on September 25 and 26 in the Student Union’s Jordan Ballroom. Registration includes six keynote sessions, four skill-builder workshops, two breakfasts, and two lunches, a networking reception, and a registration swag bag filled to the brim with items from our awesome sponsors

Transportation & Parking

Flying into Boise Airport, and looking for a shuttle option from your hotel to the campus? Boise State Elder Shuttle will take you from the highlighted lot near many airport hotels, and you will want to get off on the stop at University and Michigan. You can find the route information here.

When planning your trip to campus, due to regularly scheduled classes, available parking for the Women and Leadership Conference will be limited both days. Please give yourself extra time to arrive, and remember that parking locations may be flexible. We have space reserved in the Lincoln Garage, West Stadium, and Grant lots. Please see map HERE for reference of which parking lots these are (they are traced in Yellow on map). If you need ADA parking, you will find that availability in the Lincoln garage. Guests are encouraged to use alternative transportation, carpool when you can or take the Orange shuttle from downtown. I have attached a link to the schedule for reference!

Please be patient, and follow all instructions given by Boise State Parking Staff.

Check-in / Registration

There are no physical tickets for the conference. Check-in is from 7:00-8:30 am on Wednesday, Sept 25th, outside the Jordan Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Boise State Student Union Building. You will grab a name badge, program, and swag bag and be able to head into the ballroom to find a seat. Seating is open except for designated Sponsor tables, which will be marked. Breakfast will also be available during this time, so please get comfortable and ready for the day!
