Mediation Focus

The Mediation Focus requires students to take Conflict Management, Basic Mediation Skills and three credits of Dispute Resolution workshops. Additionally, this focus requires two credits of Internship, where students apply their skills at the Ada County Courthouse, Better Business Bureau and/or WeVorce. This focus also requires students to pass a one-credit Competency Assessment course during which they mediate cases while being observed by an expert.
