Eagle Fire Commission

This project explored the pros and cons of Eagle Fire Commission contracting services with the City of Boise. This project examined institutional data, comparative data and financial data for feasibility, gathered stakeholder data through interviews and focus groups, performed a cost-benefit analysis and presented a formal report on the findings.
