Public Impact

Faculty

Urban Studies faculty does more than teach students in the classroom. The faculty take seriously the pledge to engage in public service for the community at large. This takes many forms, including making contributions to urban plans, conducting research for area agencies, serving on boards and commissions, and facilitating stakeholder meetings. The best way to guide our students is to give them a model of doing, and the Urban faculty is deeply committed to this vision.
