    Conduct Programs Manager

The Conduct Programs Manager processes incoming student conduct cases for Boise State University and meets with students regarding behavioral misconduct. Though the conduct process can feel like a stressful endeavor, our main goal for you as a student is to be successful and to grow from your experience at our institution. Sometimes this can mean moving forward from a challenging decision and exploring what accountability means to you as a student and future graduate of Boise State. Wherever you land in your journey, never be afraid to reach out for support along the way!

  • Kate Law

    Assistant Dean of Students

Hello! My name is Kate Law, and I serve as the Assistant Dean of Students in Student Rights and Responsibilities and the Office of the Dean of Students. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy, and from Grand Valley State University with a Master of Education and emphasis in College Student Affairs Leadership. Prior to enrolling in my graduate program, I worked in the field of Social Work for more than eight years. After working in adult literacy, I found my passion for adult learners and sought to establish my career within Student Affairs.

Starting at Boise State in 2019, I began my higher education career as the Student Conduct Process Coordinator and now, serve as the Assistant Dean of Students. In addition to my roles on campus, I hold positions with the Professional Development Committee and Coordinated Community Response team. As a life-long learner, I am excited to be currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction at Boise State. In my free time, I enjoy hiking the foothills, reading, and continuing to explore all that Boise and the state of Idaho has to offer.
