Event Catering and Dining Information
Non-Boise State Affiliated Groups
All non-Boise State affiliated groups are required to use Chartwells Carved & Crafted Catering for their event. Groups may request an exemption using this form: Catering Exemption Form. If approved, the groups may only use an Approved External Caterer. If an exemption is approved, please keep in mind we will not supply plates and utensils.
No outside alcohol is permitted so all alcohol services will need to be coordinated through Chartwells.
Boise State Affiliated Groups
All Boise State affiliated groups must follow the campus Catering Policies.
In addition, any outside beverages need to be Coke products, which includes Dasani water. No outside alcohol is permitted so all alcohol services will need to be coordinated through Chartwells.
