Eco-Turf is a mixture of clover and grasses used by landscape services to improve the sustainability of landscaping on campus.
Why is EcoTurf Sustainable?

- Contains drought resistant vegetation
- More resilient to seasonal weather changes
Clover is a nitrogen fixer. It uses the nitrogen in the air and converts it to useable material for it and surrounding vegetation to use in the soil, acting as a self-fertilizer.
Currently, the Eco-Turf is located behind the Micron Center for Materials Research.
