We encourage you to consider the following options before requesting a makeup at the Academic Testing Center (ATC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-options-for-makeup-exams\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options for Makeup Exams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-person or Zoom make-up with the professor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ProctorU Record+ exam. Record+ is available for at-home, secure remote proctoring of exams. Contact the Academic Testing Center (ATC) for assistance getting started.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/boisestate.atlassian.net\/wiki\/spaces\/LTS\/pages\/1845821443\/Duplicating+a+Testing+Center+Exam+for+Alternate+Administration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Duplicating a Testing Center Exam for Alternate Administration<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/boisestateproduction.service-now.com\/bsu_sp?id=sc_cat_item&amp;sys_id=4e5b87b61beb4810b7a18444cc4bcbcd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Optional: Request for Canvas Remote Proctored Exam<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proctoring and Certification Services (PACS): PACS offers in-person makeup exams for student absences NOT covered under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/policy\/academic-affairs-student\/policy-title-official-student-absence-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Policy 3120 Sections 5 and 6<\/a>. The cost is $23.50 for the student. Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/pacs\/pacs-makeup-exams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PACS Makeup Exams<\/a> website for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-request-an-atc-makeup-exam\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Request an ATC Makeup Exam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If none of the options discussed meet your needs as an instructor, you may request a makeup exam at the Academic Testing Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We require at least <strong><em>two business days<\/em><\/strong> to process makeup exam requests. We do not accommodate same-day requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students are responsible for managing their appointments, those who attempt to schedule or reschedule at the last minute may not find availability. Failure to schedule in a timely manner is not a valid reason to miss an exam appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We cannot accommodate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students who do not engage with the appointment scheduling process before the start of the exam window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students who are unable to book their preferred appointment time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-atc-makeup-exam-form\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">ATC Makeup Exam Form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only instructors can request makeup exams through the Academic Testing Center (ATC).
