Color Guard Video Audition Information
Looking ahead to 2021?
While it has yet to be determined whether we will be able to hold in person auditions in the Spring of 2021, the below information will help you understand and prepare for the upcoming audition, regardless of format.
Potential new members may submit their audition video via internet upload. Please prepare your video with you performing the learned audition routine:
- Video of choreography linked here (coming soon!)
- Written description of choreography linked here (coming soon!)
- The performance of the above routine must be continuous (not edited)
- You are encouraged to add any extra video that will showcase the best of what you can do, including weapons, dance etc.
- Upload to a video site such as YouTube, making sure it can be shared; then fill out this form sharing the uploaded video link (Coming in January 2021!)
- For out of state applicants applying for an Out of State Fee Waiver, it is highly recommended that we receive your completed audition link by February 19, 2021 when the committee will begin to make fee waiver decisions. Completed auditions received after this date will be processed and waivers offered as remaining funds are available.
- Deadline for receiving your completed audition application linking your audition video is April 3, 2021. Earlier submissions are encouraged and appreciated.
