What is the goal of this project?

We work directly with clients in the community to design and build prosthetic devices, assistive technology, or other accessibility devices. Partnering with fellow students, and individuals in a local high school, an occupational therapist, and the enable prosthetics non profit.

Experience Gained

Gain job skills, apply design thinking, and make things! Everyone is welcome to join, and no technology expertise is necessary. You will gain confidence using emerging technologies. Amy Vecchione is the Head of Emerging Technologies and Experiential Learning and Associate Professor in Albertsons Library. She manages and leads emerging technologies team on user experience, emerging technologies, and the MakerLab. She also serves as the President of Idaho Library Association. She MAKES things happen! Course Information

VIP  200-006, VIP 400-006, or VIP 500-006.
Full semester course. Choose to enroll in 1 or 2 credits.
VIP teams and meeting times will be organized at the beginning of the semester.
