What HR Manager Self Service actions can be completed via Bronco Hub “My Team”?

The following HR actions can be completed via My Team.

The My Team icon will only display under the My Team navigation if you have direct reports. If you do not have direct reports visit the My Organization training portal page for information about tasks that can be completed on non-direct reports.

Time, Labor and Absences

  1. Create an Absence for a Direct Report
  2. Enter a Time Card for Another Employee
  3. Edit or View a Time Card Entry for Another Employee
  4. Understanding Bronco Hub Payslip
  5. Update or Withdraw an Absence for a Direct Report
  6. View Existing Absences for an Employee

Perceptive Forms

There are five HR Perceptive forms completed outside of Bronco Hub:

  1. Employee Costing Change: Submit this form to change employee costing for payroll activity posted in HCM on or following 10/30/22. If you need to update employee costing for activity prior to 10/30/22, submit a Payroll Correcting Entry.
  2. Employee Separation Form: Submit this form to separate an employee.
  3. Add Individual Compensation (ICP): Submit this form to add one time or recurring additional pay for an employee.
  4. Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) Changes: Submit this form to make changes to a previously submitted and approved ICP.
  5. Change in Assignment Hire Date: Submit this form to notify HR of a hire date change for an employee.
  6. Change in Contract Working Dates: Submit this form to update non-standard working days for 9, 10, 11 month employees (view standard employment dates).
