I have been an active member of the association for almost<\/p>\n<p>20 years and to have been chosen by my colleagues from all over the state as Teacher of the Year is humbling,\u201d said Sibrian. She thanked her peers for their continued support and inspiration.<\/p>\n<p>Sibrian has served as the German chapter president and on the board of the Idaho Association for Teachers of Language and Culture as vice president and president. She also created a new University Foundations 100 class, Dynamics of Diverse Cultures in Film.<\/p>\n<p>Sibrian is a leader both on campus and in the community.
