Kelly Arispe, an associate professor, and Amber Hoye, director of the\u00a0World Language Resource Center,\u00a0<\/span>were invited to present as part of a one-hour webinar hosted by the Center for Open Educational Resources for Language Learning on the topic of \u201cCreating Open Educational Resources with Students.\u201d<\/p>\n

The center is one of 15 nationally-funded foreign language resource centers that support language teaching and learning. Arispe and Hoye focused on the innovative ways language students in the Department of World Languages, in conjunction with their interdisciplinary Vertically Integrated Project course, created the Pathways OER Language Teaching Repository Project.<\/p>\n

Students from a range of disciplines created\u00a0free and inclusive learning materials in several languages available for Idaho\u2019s K-16 language teachers and students.<\/p>\n
