Collabs in the DWS

An exciting series of collaborative opportunities to foster connections with your DWS community

Everyone is welcome! Watch for dates and further information.

September 20: Connecting with the University

We will look for all the treasures (University resources) on campus. A tour guide will record a walking introduction to resource areas on campus (e.g. pantry, child care, EAS, veterans, health services, gender/equity center, parking office, registrar’s office, Bronco Card, mail, gym, library, career center). The recording will be played in the Liberal Arts Building with popcorn and drinks.

October 18: Connecting with the DWS Experience

We will visit with DWS seniors to discuss their experiences, favorite assignments, internships, research, and other opportunities throughout their degree path over a providing lunch.

November 15: Time for Connections

Campus experts will present time management skills and strategies just in time to prepare to avoid end-of-semester burnout. Food is part of this preparation event.

December 6: Celebrating Connections Made

Come to continue our DWS tradition of graduation hat decorating and pizza party. We will celebrate the accomplishments of our graduations and post celebrations on our community brag board while we create end-of-semester memes to post on DWS social media and website.
