[Ash, Freshman, Theater Arts Major]: Hello! My name is Ash, and I’m a freshman here at Boise State studying theater. And I live in Chaffee hall. Today, I’m going to be giving you a tour of my room! Come on in.

[Ash]: This is a double room, which it’s meant for two roommates. So there are two desks, two wardrobes and two beds! My favorite part about the space, is all the space to hang up posters and tapestries. You know, it helps make the space feel lived in. What I find essential to put in this space is, first of all, I have under the bed storage, which there is plenty of space to keep clothes that you weren’t wearing, switch out your wardrobe. And I also really love to have organizational things like pencil cases and my shower caddy. I have a few different reasons why I chose Chaffee. One of them was affordability and location. It was one of the more affordable options on campus, and it’s pretty central. It’s about the same walking distance from the Student Union, as it is to the Morrison Center. I also love the fact that we have our late night kitchen.
[Video Description]: Viewing of a convenience area with the Chaffee Late Night Grill dining option and a variety of snacks, drinks, and other essentials to choose from while shopping.
[Ash]: It’s so nice to have for when the dining halls close and I’m either out late because of theater, or I just forget to eat because I’m studying. I’ve been living in Chaffee for three months, and my advice is to try and do your laundry at least once a week. It piles up really quickly if you don’t, and you can end up, not having a lot to wear. Thankfully, there are laundry rooms in each floor of the building and the laundry machines are free so we don’t have to worry about carrying around quarters. There’s one bathroom per floor, with a few different shower stalls and bathroom stalls in the bathroom. And I have a shower caddy and some shower shoes that I bring along. And I like taking showers at abnormal times because it makes it so I have a little bit more time and hot water. That’s it, now you’ve seen it all! Now it’s time for you to go, Bye!
