Speaker, Jayash Paudel

Patrick graduated from Boise State University in May of 2020 with a B.S. in economic and business analytics. He was awarded the COBE Signature Student award in the fall of 2018 and is currently working for Amazon as a data and reporting analyst.

The purpose of the Economics Association is to:

  1. Be a source of information on schools, internships, scholarships and careers pertaining to the field of economics.
  2. Provide a forum for people who talk and think like economists to converse about current issues, economic theory and research ideas.
  3. Create a network of people that share similar academic and career goals.
  4. The Economics Association hosts monthly meetings – Pizzanomics – where students hear from faculty members at Boise State and other local institutions, local economists in the public and private sectors, and former students, and enjoy pizza.
