Summer Academy

For 35+ years, Boise State’s Summer Academy has offered fun and challenging all-day academic/adventure day camps for students entering Grades 1-9. Programs are developed and facilitated by the Center for School & Community Partnerships in the College of Education at Boise State University.

Summer Academy programs are all-day camps at Boise State’s Main Campus by faculty, staff, local teachers, and students.

Activities

Planned activities are during 8-5 each day, Mon-Fri, except holidays. Drop-off is during 7:30-8:30am , pick-up is 5:00-5:30 pm.

For children entering grades 1-6

Moving & Thinking

Engage in a fun, active learning curriculum, led by certified classroom teachers and college students. Features games and activities in math, physical education, arts, coding, and science.

For teens entering grades 7-9

Bicycle Adventure

Embark on daily bicycle explorations of the outdoors, local recreation & education opportunities, and community service. Features life skills such as responsibility, teamwork, friendships, and goals.

Tuition

Up to 10% discounts for siblings, returners, Boise State students/staff. Limited scholarships available.
1 week = $325 ($65 per day)
2 weeks = $580 ($58 per day)
3 weeks = $795 ($53 per day)
4 weeks = $960 ($48 per day)
