Virtual GIMM Senior Showcase

Experience the Senior Showcase in a downloadable game

About the Virtual Senior Showcase

The College of Innovation and Design and Boise State Dev Club presents the 3rd Annual Senior Showcase for the Games, Interactive Media and Mobile Technologies (GIMM) program. GIMM will graduate its third cohort this May.

During the showcase, students demonstrate what they have been working on in their time at Boise State through this gamified virtual experience (also built by our students). Featured projects include: animations, interactive games, 3D models, immersive experiences, artwork, virtual and augmented reality simulations, and much more. Please download our virtual showcase and admire the work of our talented seniors!

Check out our student projects using the interactive platform. If more than one person is also viewing the showcase you will have the opportunity to interact. Please follow the instructions below to download the experience.

  1. Navigate to the virtual Senior Showcase Experience here.
  2. Download the appropriate file for your device. Please allow a few minutes for the download to occur.

MAC users: The downloadable file is still in testing and will be live shortly.

  1. After downloading the file to your device, unzip the downloaded folder.
  2. Click on the application called gimm-studio. It is recommended that you extract all files before running gimm-studio.
  3. You may need to allow the file permission to run in your firewall or virus protection software.

If you are having connectivity or download issues, please see the project highlight reels found in the “Meet the Spring 2021 Students” link below.
