| Thursday, June 1, 2023 | Deadline to submit Tuition and Fee Payments. Return by this “best practice” date to ensure that tuition and fees are posted prior to financial aid disbursement and prior to the fee payment deadline. Submission by this date also ensures insurance coverage for GAs working during the summer and correct posting of the GA health insurance premium. |
| Thursday, July 6, 2023 | Final Deadline to submit Tuition and Fee Payments to the Graduate College for processing prior to the Fee Payment Deadline. |
| Saturday, August 19, 2023 | Fee Payment Deadline. |
| Monday, August 21, 2023 | First Day of Class. |
| Friday, September 1, 2023 | Tenth day. Any revisions to funding for Tuition and Fee Payments must be submitted by this date through a revised Graduate Assistant Tuition and Fee Payment Request. Any changes to the tuition funding source after this date will require correction via the correcting entry process. |
| Friday, October 6, 2023 | Tuition and Fee Payments submitted on time will be charged to the departments by this date. Posting of tuition and fees is processed as an internal payment. |
