This form should be used by GAs who are in their final semester to verify they meet the requirements for final semester enrolled credits per Policy 7170.4.4.7.A "A GA who will complete all degree requirements by the end of the semester need only register for the credits required to graduate (but not fewer than 1 credit)."

You must apply for graduation in the term you are completing your final semester. You can apply to graduate through your myBoiseState Student Center. Find instructions through the registrar's office.

I understand that in order to hold a graduate assistantship, I am required to enroll in a minimum of five (5) credits, or nine (9) credits for international students, unless it is my final semester. By submitting this form, I verify that I will meet all requirements for graduation for the specified term, including meeting all thesis/dissertation deadlines, in order to be enrolled in only the required number of credits to finish my degree (but no less than one (1) credit). I understand that my major advisor and the Graduate College will also verify this request and if I do not meet the requirements, I will need to enroll in additional credits.
