Summer Housing

Summer housing for 2024 will run from May 10th – August 1st, 2024. Assignments are made based on availability and your eligibility to live on campus. All summer assignments must stay for a minimum of 30 days unless the student can demonstrate that their summer course is 3 weeks or less.

Eligibility Requirements

Summer Housing is limited, but we will accept applications until spaces are filled. To live on campus for the summer, you need to meet one of the following criteria:

  • Taking summer classes (Online or in-person, for any session, with any number of credits)
  • Working or having an internship on campus
  • Be an enrolled Boise State student for the Fall 2024 term working in the Treasure Valley area

Preference is given to students who have a Fall 2024 housing assignment, are taking summer courses, or are working on campus

How to Apply

The summer housing application will open on March 4, 2024, at 12:00 PM MST. Be prepared to provide documentation of your summer employment, internship, or class registration.  The application fee is $25. You will see summer billing on your student account on May 1st and will be notified of your official room assignment on summer move-in day, May 10, 2024.
