Poster and Abstract Submission

Present Your Research Poster At The 2020 ICUR

Current undergraduate students who are conducting research, scholarship or creative activity are invited to submit an abstract to the conference. The presented project can be research that is either completed or in progress. Abstracts can be submitted only via the online submission system.

Important Deadlines

June 23rd, 2020 – Deadline for Title, Funding Source, and Author Information for all posters

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 11:59 PM mountain time  Poster, abstract, and optional video submission deadline (instructions and link emailed to submitting students)

Wednesday, July 15, 2020 – Attendee registration (required to receive Zoom links)

Before you submit a poster and abstract the mentor MUST approve that the contents are acceptable to appear on an open website. When submitting the poster and abstract you will be asked to confirm this.  There will be no way to display your poster without this approval.

The poster, abstract, and optional video upload links and project PINs were emailed to the student who submitted the project. Look for the subject of “ICUR 2020 – Poster, abstract, and video link SUBMISSION FORM LINK” from Student Research Program.

We realize the poster and abstract submission dates are earlier than normal due to our online format this year. If you are concerned that you do not have all of your data or results, please consider creating a poster around the “big idea” of your research project along with your goals and methodology — what have you been able to do so far? You can also include a link to a supplemental file which you can update before the actual conference with any further results, etc.

Abstract and Poster Information

Eligibility
Each student may participate in only one poster. If you work on multiple projects that will be presented, you will have to choose one main poster that your name will be included on as a presenter.
